We are proud to present Acsiopolis, our latest innovative architectural project in Benmore Gardens, Sandton. This groundbreaking development reflects our commitment to creating multi-use lifestyle precincts that seamlessly blend living, working, and leisure spaces.

As the architects behind Acsiopolis, we were tasked to deliver the project from the approval stages to completion. Acsiopolis is a remarkable structure that harmoniously integrates @Sandton-Apartments and @Sandton-Hotel. The client’s vision was to create a mixed-use development that caters to residents of all life stages and offers a wide range of on-site services and amenities.

The Acsiopolis project boasts a 561-room luxury hotel, 480 upmarket leased apartments, conferencing and event facilities, co-working space, an NCF curriculum nursery school, doctors’ rooms, gym, clubhouse, deli, restaurant, and spa. Each element is crafted to maximize functionality, comfort, and aesthetic appeal.

One of the key design features is the Clubhouse, which serves as the recreational hub of Acsiopolis. A space that includes a heated pool, a children’s play area, and childminder services to provide residents with exclusive access to an array of leisure activities.

The facilities include an on-site creche to cater to the needs of young families, focusing on all six Early Learning and Development Areas (ELDAs) and providing age-appropriate play areas and meals.

Our architectural team paid particular attention to the contemporary Co Worx workspace, which offers 58 hot desks, fixed office spaces, private office pods, boardrooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi to cater to the diverse needs of professionals in today’s dynamic work environment.

In addition to the visually stunning structure, Acsiopolis is equipped with practical features such as a full back-up power supply and an uninterrupted water supply lasting over two days.
