C+B Architects proudly announces the successful refurbishment and transformation of the Signature Lux by ONOMO Sandton into the vibrant ONOMO Johannesburg Sandton Hotel, which officially opened its doors in August 2023. This project brings a fresh and authentic African lifestyle experience to the bustling heart of Sandton, Johannesburg.

Located at the doorstep of Nelson Mandela Square, the redevelopment was completed in collaboration with a talented team of professionals. The hotel reflects the unique identity of ONOMO Hotels, a rapidly expanding Pan-African hotel chain with a presence in over 13 African countries.

ONOMO Hotels are renowned for offering business and leisure travellers stylish, safe, and affordable accommodations, blending contemporary design with traditional African elements. C+B Architects played an integral role in ensuring the newly reimagined ONOMO Johannesburg Sandton Hotel delivers a truly authentic African experience.

As the first ONOMO Lifestyle brand in the Sandton area, the hotel features 218 rooms adorned with local artwork and design. Guests can enjoy an upgraded restaurant offering African urban fusion cuisine, a terrace, and a vibrant lobby with specialty bars and barista stations, all designed to reflect the dynamic pulse of the African continent.

The hotel is set to host a variety of events, including fashion shows and live music, further enhancing its role as a hub for showcasing local talent and the vibrant African experience.
