We are proud to have contributed to the development of the state-of-the-art training facility at PepsiCo’s silo plant in Paarl, South Africa. This project embodies PepsiCo’s dedication to sustainability by repurposing existing industrial structures into a modern, vibrant center for learning and development.
Our design focused on the adaptive reuse of the historical silos, transforming them into an inspiring educational environment. This approach not only preserves valuable resources but also aligns seamlessly with PepsiCo’s vision of environmental stewardship.
The towering silos, long-standing symbols of the site’s industrial heritage, now serve as a dramatic and iconic backdrop to the facility. Their integration into the design creates a unique architectural dialogue between the industrial past and contemporary innovation.
The spaces within the facility were designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind, resulting in an environment that is as practical as it is visually striking. The facility now stands as a testament to the harmonious balance between sustainability and modern design.
This project was made possible through a collaborative effort with Design Engineering Solutions, whose expertise in industrial architecture and commitment to excellence were instrumental in bringing this vision to life. Together, we have created not just a building, but a landmark of sustainable innovation and architectural achievement.
