Our architectural team guided Acsiopolis from approval through to completion, ensuring the client’s vision of a multi-use precinct was fully realised. The development integrates @Sandton-Apartments and @Sandton-Hotel, supported by a wide range of amenities that cater to all life stages and lifestyles.

  • Luxury Hotel – 561 rooms designed for comfort and elegance.
  • Residential Apartments – 480 premium leased apartments.
  • Conferencing & Events – Flexible spaces for business and social gatherings.
  • Co Worx Workspace – Contemporary co-working environment with 58 hot desks, private office pods, boardrooms, and fixed offices.
  • Lifestyle Facilities – Gym, spa, clubhouse, deli, and restaurant.
  • Early Learning Centre – Nursery school with NCF curriculum, age-appropriate play areas, and meal services.
  • Medical Amenities – On-site doctors’ rooms supporting resident convenience.

Clubhouse & Leisure

The Clubhouse serves as the recreational heart of Acsiopolis, featuring a heated pool, children’s play areas, and childminder services, reinforcing the precinct’s family-friendly ethos.
