Larnaca, Cyprus
2017
Project Overview
Scope: Masterplanning
C+B Architects played a pivotal role in shaping the vision for one of Larnaca’s landmark retail and lifestyle destinations. Engaged during the early feasibility and planning stages, our responsibility was to craft a comprehensive masterplan that balanced commercial potential, user experience, and efficient spatial logic. The single-level, fully enclosed development was envisioned to merge international retail standards with the local Cypriot urban context, offering retail, leisure, and lifestyle amenities to a broad catchment.
